Suleyman Celik

Suleyman Celik is an associate professor in the department of public administration at Anadolu University in Eskisehir, Turkey. He earned his master's degree from Carnegie Mellon University and his doctoral degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He has actively participated as a coordinator and researcher in national and international projects. A Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey scholarship allowed him to serve as a visiting scholar at the University of Pittsburgh between August 2013 and January 2016. His areas of research encompass public policy, disaster management, complex adaptive systems, and research methods.
