Ted Serrant

Ted D. Serrant holds a PhD in administrative and policy studies with a concentration on social and comparative analysis on education. Serrant is also the recipient of the Best Dissertation Award and the Mary Fran Myers Scholarship. He has served on the Science in Crisis Panel convened by the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. He has also been involved in the development of a research agenda for the National Science Foundation on Coastline and People. Serrant is an adjunct faculty with The University of the West Indies Open Campus.
