Timothy Fraser is a PhD Candidate in political science at Northeastern University. His research had been funded by a 2020 Japan Foundation doctoral fellowship at Tokyo University and 2016 Fulbright Fellowship at Kyushu University. Fraser has authored and coauthored 16 peer-reviewed studies and 6 working papers on disaster resilience and energy policy in the United States and Japan. His research highlights the role of social networks in communities' adaptation to climate change.
