Tracey Stansberry

Tracey T. Stansberry is an advanced practice nurse with over 18 years of experience providing care in the rural sector. She currently teaches at the University of Tennessee (UT), Knoxville College of Nursing, and engages in health services research. Stansberry earned her Bachelor of Science in business administration in 1989, her Master of Science in nursing in 2001, and PhD in nursing (with a health policy focus) in 2022, all from UT Knoxville. Stansberry focused her doctoral studies on rural health equity and rural hospital closures and continues to serve on multiple boards and committees with a health equity focus.
