William L. McGill (“Will McGill”) is currently working as a Physician assistant. Previously in his career, he was an assistant professor of Information Sciences and Technology at the Pennsylvania State University. His research focused on risk analysis, uncertainty modeling and decision analysis applied to homeland security, defense, and intelligence problems. His particular interests were in adversary reasoning, extreme events modeling and data fusion, deception and counter deception and risk analytic tradecraft. His past research focused on risk, uncertainty, and reliability analysis, including both probabilistic and non-probabilistic methods with applications to critical infrastructure protection and the New Orleans Hurricane Protection System.
