Yolanda Cordero-Nieves is a professor and researcher at the Graduate School of Public Administration at the University of Puerto Rico (UPR). Her areas of interest are government performance, organization design, and sustainable development policies. She holds a master's degree in arts in sociology from the University of Chicago and a PhD in industrial-organizational psychology from the University of Puerto Rico. Cordero-Nieves is currently the chief editor of the Revista de Administración Pública, UPR. Until recently, she was the director of the Graduate School of Public Administration of the University of Puerto Rico, achieving her recredit in 2016.
