Meet the Authors Submission Form

The Meet the Authors event will take place on Monday, July 14 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. and will coincide with a lively reception and poster session. We welcome submissions from those who published a hazards or disaster-related book between 2020 to 2024. Tables will be provided for authors to display publications, speak with fellow participants, and sell copies of books. Authors are also welcome to bring flyers for their book and leave those on display for the duration of the Workshop. Authors will be responsible for setting costs and managing all payments for their publications.

Please provide the following information by March 28, 2025 to be considered for this event.

Contact Information

Please submit the name and contact information for the person who will register for the Natural Hazards Workshop and be available to manage book sales and respond to audience comments and questions on Monday, July 14 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. MDT.

Registration Information

The Natural Hazards Center is a nonprofit, university-based organization and the Workshop is coordinated for the benefit of our hazards and disaster community. Because of this, we are unable to offer travel support to attendees or to waive registration expenses. We do hope, however, that you will still join us at the Workshop and be a part of this Meet the Authors event!
