Laura Gorbea Díaz

Laura Gorbea is a social scientist with 20 years of experience as an applied anthropologist, technology entrepreneur, and education policy consultant. Her applied work has ranged from school community engagement, corporate social responsibility, innovation and technology, policy evaluation, and natural hazards mitigation and recovery. Gorbea has a bachelor's degree in fine arts and a bachelor's degree in anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. She earned both a master's in cultural anthropology and a doctor's degree in applied anthropology from Stanford University.
