Explorations of Resilience Conceptualization and Measurement

What is resilience and how can you tell if you're resilient? This session will discuss how the California state transportation agency Caltrans has translated resilience from the National Academies' policy work through to standards adopted by the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials and into the everyday work of state departments of transportation.
