Cee Cee Molineaux-Burrows joined the IEM family after a long and varied Emergency Management career path. She’d previously served at Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) as a training specialist in hazard mitigation assistance and disaster survivor assistance. In addition to her service with FEMA, Molineaux-Burrows worked with the American Red Cross as the disaster program manager for Southern Maryland, as program manager for National Service at national headquarters, and as the state preparedness specialist in New Jersey.
She’s also held positions as the Non-Governmental Services program coordinator at the Maryland Department of Emergency Management and as the Medical Reserve Corps program coordinator in Prince George’s and Montgomery Counties, Maryland.
Molineaux-Burrows served as the disaster training manager at the Points of Light, and as the emergency management specialist for the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS). There she orchestrated the participation of all AmeriCorps programs in disaster-related activities with other federal agencies and national voluntary organizations, including the introduction of CNCS as a signatory to the (then) National Response Plan.
She received her master’s degree in emergency management from George Washington University and recently graduated from the National Emergency Management Advanced Academy.
