Please read the information below before registering for the Natural Hazards Workshop, Researchers Meeting, and Practitioners Meeting. Registrations for all three meetings are separate, but submitted on the same form.

Registration Information

All Workshop sessions will be held in person at the Omni Interlocken Hotel in Broomfield, Colorado. All participants, including those listed on the program, must register for the meeting or meetings that they will attend.

The registration fee covers materials, facilities, receptions, and coffee breaks. You'll have the opportunity to purchase meals, sign up for the annual barbecue, and any additional events when registering. The Natural Hazards Workshop is capped at 650 registrants. This is due to space limitations and also to maintain the character of the meeting. We will close registration when we reach the cap, so please register as early as possible!

2024 Workshop Registration Rates

The Natural Hazards Workshop will be held from July 14 to July 17, 2024.

2024 Researchers Meeting Registration Rates

The Researchers Meeting will be held from July 17 to July 18, 2024 following the Natural Hazards Workshop.

2024 Practitioners Meeting Registration Rates

The Practitioners Meeting will be held on July 18, 2024 following the Natural Hazards Workshop. Lunch is included in the cost of registration.

* Discounts only apply to full general registration pricing and cannot be combined. We’re sorry, but we cannot offer speaker discounts to Workshop Poster Session presenters, Researchers Meeting participants, or Practitioners Meeting panelists.

** Lunches at the Omni Hotel are limited to 300 persons per day.

*** As per the laws of the State of Colorado and the policies of the University of Colorado Boulder, all registrants should hereby be aware that a portion of the registration fee for the BBQ will be used to purchase alcoholic beverages. The BBQ is limited to 400 attendees due to space capacity.

10th Annual Disaster Dash

Registration Cost: $45 per runner.
