Krystina Dillard serves as the deputy director of the North Carolina Community Action Association, which represents the statewide network of 33 local community action agencies serving low-income families and under-resourced communities across all 100 North Carolina counties. In this role, she serves as a thought leader and ensures strategic implementation of the organizational vision through programming, training and technical assistance, capacity building, and advocacy efforts. A former adjunct instructor at William Peace University, she is an adept training facilitator, leading sessions such as strategic planning, communications, and board leadership. Dillard holds a master’s degree in experimental psychology from Radford University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Concord University.
