Minh Anh Ly is a PhD student and graduate teaching assistant in the Department of Sociology, University of Colorado Boulder. Her research interests include environmental sociology, specifically in social sustainability, social capital, risk management, community bonds, and vulnerability and resilience against disasters and hazards. She has published her works in the Sustainability Journal, the Rural Sociology Journal, and the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health.
Ly earned her Bachelor of Arts degree (Hons) in tourism management from Staffordshire University in the United Kingdom and her Master of Science degree in sociology from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.
