Terry Cooper is an accomplished public health and emergency management professional, boasting over two decades of combined experience in forensic mental health, public health, and emergency management. He is a certified emergency manager, a master exercise practitioner, and a graduate of the National Emergency Management Advanced Academy. Cooper holds a Bachelor of Science in food science from the University of Florida, a Master of Science in emergency management, and a Master of Public Health from the University of New Haven. He is a William Averette Anderson Fund fellow and recently completed his Doctor of Health Sciences in educational leadership.
