NAAHDRI Rising Star Student Poster Prize

The North American Alliance of Hazards and Disaster Research Institutes (NAAHDRI) is proud to announce the 2026 winners of the NAAHDRI Rising Star Student Poster Prize! The awardees will present their posters as part of the Poster Session at the Natural Hazards Workshop on Monday, June 15, from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. MDT.

The three selected posters demonstrate work with the potential to foster communication, connection, and cooperation across disciplinary or organizational boundaries. Prize winners will be awarded $500 each and be honored at the Workshop Awards Ceremony on Monday, June 15, at 5:10 p.m. MDT.

Choosing three winners from so many outstanding entries was exceptionally difficult.
