The impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic are sure to be long term, far reaching, and create foreseeable as well as unexpected reverberations throughout every aspect of the U.S. economy. This session will look closely at how we can better track and assess impacts and, ultimately, better understand economic recovery on a local level. Speakers will focus on measurements and indicators, while offering suggestions for how short-term business recovery might translate into long-term resilience, especially for those chronically and disproportionately affected by disaster.
