Carolina Gomez has over 20 years of low income housing experience; she has worked in the private and public sector as property manager, portfolio manager, maintenance manager and currently is the director of Integrated Facilities and Safety for Home Forward (The Housing Authority of Portland). Gomez is currently leading the Environmental and Emergency Management efforts for her organization. She studied business administration and finances administration and international business. She graduated from the Hispanic Metropolitan Chamber Latino Leadership and the Washington Housing Development Consortium Leadership Program. Gomez also obtained the title of Certified Property Manager from Institute of Real Estate Management and the Advanced Safety Certificate from the National Safety Council.
