Cynthia Braddock has served as Boulder County Assessor since January 2017; her current term continues through early January 2027.
Braddock was hired by the Boulder County Assessor’s Office in January of 1995 and since then has held various roles with increasing responsibilities. Braddock’s work experience firmly rooted her understanding of the property assessment process. She has also led the Assessor’s Office response to natural disasters in Boulder County including many fires, the 2013 flood, most recently the Marshall Fire and Straight Line Wind event. Using her broad background and understanding of technology, office management and mass appraisal Braddock has served the citizens of Boulder County, striving to provide timely and equitable values, and excellent public service.
