Elizabeth Rudd is a social science analyst in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Office of Policy Development and Research, where she serves as technical representative for contracts and cooperative agreements, including large projects such as HUD’s Assessment of Native American Housing Needs and smaller, innovative projects, such as a pilot study on discrimination against families with children in rental housing markets. Other projects have focused on aging, children’s health, and housing assistance. Rudd's most recent project focuses on disaster recovery after wildfire in the American West.
