Jonna Papaefthimiou

Jonna Papaefthimiou was recently appointed the resilience officer for the State of Oregon. She works in the office of Governor Tina Kotek. Papaefthimiou previously worked at the City of Portland for 12 years, where she was the city's chief resilience officer. She has also worked as a disaster mitigation and response planner, land-use planner, political policy advisor, and community organizer. She holds a master's in city planning from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
