As an equity advisor in the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) Resilience Office, Kate Judson’s work focuses on evaluating policy and program outcomes and proposing–and helping drive–solutions to reduce outcome disparities and advance equitable outcomes. Before FEMA, Judson worked for the district’s Department of Energy & Environment, where she coordinated the five-year update of the district’s 20-year sustainability plan - Sustainable DC 2.0.
