Alexandra Smoldt

Alexandra Smoldt is a strategic communications project manager and Henningson, Durham & Richardson’s flood risk communication lead who first found her passion for flood risk infrastructure as a news anchor covering historic flood events in the Midwest. Since then, she has spent much of her career developing and implementing strategies to improve the flood literacy of the nation. With more than 13 years of communication experience, Smoldt is skilled in facilitation, communication strategy, public outreach, and media relations and has been lucky to work with teams across the country on a diverse range of flood risk communication projects.
