Barbecue at Avanti Boulder

We hope you will join us for our annual barbecue on Tuesday evening of the Workshop. We will gather to enjoy food, beverages, and an amazing view from the rooftop deck of Avanti Boulder. This collective eatery is located in the heart of downtown Boulder on Pearl Street, and has beautiful views of the awe-inspiring Flatirons.

The barbecue is a longstanding and well-attended Workshop tradition. Tickets, which are limited to 325 attendees, are $65 per person and will be available for purchase when you register for the Workshop. Tickets will include delicious food from Avanti restaurants and a variety of cold beverages.*

Transportation to the Barbecue

On Tuesday, buses will pick up participants going to the barbecue promptly at 5:15 p.m. in front of both the Renaissance and Omni hotels. Another round of buses will leave from both locations at 6:00 p.m.

After the barbecue, buses will leave in two rounds and return to both hotels. The first bus will leave Avanti at 8:15 p.m.. The last bus will leave at 9:00 p.m.
