Allison Ferreri
King County Office of Emergency Management
Allison Ferreri is an emergency manager who is passionate about preventing human suffering through education, prevention, and hazard mitigation. She currently serves as the Wildfire Protection Planner with the King County Office of Emergency Management, where she is writing the County's first Community Wildfire Protection Plan. This work is focused on collaborative planning with local, state, regional, and federal partners and centers around extensive community engagement.
Prior to this role, Ferreri worked as a county-level mass care coordinator and served as a clinical research professional focusing on harm reduction for vulnerable populations. Ferreri holds a master's in public health from the Colorado School of Public Health in Aurora, Colorado, where she concentrated in Community and Behavioral Health and received a graduate certificate in Public Health Preparedness and Disaster Response.
