Anna Osland

Anna Osland is the director of research at the Kathleen Blanco Public Policy Center at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She leads the Blanco Center’s Program on Economic and Environmental Resilience and oversees the Center’s research program activities. She conducts policy research that focuses on the intersection of sustainable land use planning, social vulnerability, education, and energy issues. Osland earned a master’s and PhD in city & regional planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts from Willamette University.
