Jennifer Davis is a senior manager for Strategic Resilience in the energy sector. With over 15 years of experience in Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) grant management and more than 20 years in federal planning, including 11 years as a State Hazard Mitigation Officer, she effectively administers FEMA hazard mitigation programs, ensuring adherence to federal requirements. Davis leads various projects, including the management of pre- and post-disaster grant applications and overseeing the development of utility resilience projects. She coordinates the development of and provides technical expertise for federal grant application preparation for the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, the Inflation Reduction Act, and FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Assistance programs. Additionally, she has coordinated multiple electric utilities applications for U.S. Department of Energy Grid Resilience grants and U.S. Forest Service Community Wildfire grant opportunities.
