Jessica Radbord

Jessica Radbord joined the Legal Services Corporation (LSC) as Disaster Grants Program Counsel III in the Office of Program Performance in May 2024. In this role, Radbord works with multiple grantee programs moving toward closing the justice gap by integrating Community Justice Workers into their disaster legal services teams.  

Prior to joining LSC, Radbord spent over a decade serving low-income clients at legal aid programs in New York and Vermont. Her work helped thousands of individuals secure public assistance, maintain stable housing, access emergency shelter, and resolve legal issues arising from natural disasters. She received the Vermont Bar Association President's Award for her work with survivors of Tropical Storm Irene and served as a committee chair for the Vermont Senate's Post-Irene Property Law Task Force.
