Marguerite Harden

Marguerite Harden works with local governments and partners as the local resiliency manager for the Colorado Department of Local Affairs, Colorado Resiliency Office.
She currently leads a team working on Colorado's first microgrids grant program (Microgrids for Community Resilience) and leads climate adaptation technical assistance. She has over 15 years of experience leading social and environmental impact programs in nonprofit and government organizations while advancing clean energy, climate change, sustainability, and planning. She holds a master's in environmental management from the Yale School of the Environment. When she’s not working, she can be found backpacking, snowboarding, rock climbing, or reading Mary Oliver poems to her cats.
