Rebecca Leitschuh

Rebecca Leitschuh is passionate about where land use and hazards intersect. With lived experience as an evacuee during Hurricane Katrina, she understands the importance of incorporating human resilience and adaptability into design. At the end of the day, as Stantec's Infrastructure Resilience Leader, she wants to make sure people and the infrastructure they depend on are safe. Leitschuh’s career spans local, state, and federal government with broad experience in climate adaptation, hazard mitigation, emergency management, and land use planning.
