Serena Galleshaw

Serena Galleshaw, a planner with a background in ecology and civic engagement, works on engaging people in the communal effort of building resiliency in our places. At Sasaki, Galleshaw’s systems thinking around climate resilience and adaptation, sustainability metrics, and decarbonization strategies supports the firm’s planning and urban design work. Prior to joining Sasaki, Galleshaw worked on a variety of urban planning, development, and green infrastructure projects around New England—from sea level rise zoning regulations to brownfield redevelopment and citywide plans. Galleshaw holds a Master of Urban Planning from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in global environmental studies from Clark University.
