Considering the next 50 years of the hazards and disasters field can feel daunting, especially considering climate change and rapidly shifting social and political contexts. A “vision board” can be a powerful tool to map out goals, affirmations, and values, even in the face of uncertainty. This roundtable will invite participants to process lessons learned at the Workshop. Attendees will be provided with craft supplies and guiding prompts as they engage in a creative visioning exercise collectively. Participants will leave with a visual reminder that can help them to maintain focus amidst daily distractions and big challenges.
