Resilience might be the latest buzzword, but actually developing community resilience can be out of reach for many, whether due to lack capacity, expertise, or resources. Helping communities navigate the complex system of funding, planning, and implementing resilience projects requires collaboration from a diverse set of stakeholders across multiple sectors. This panel will discuss the successes and challenges of building such collaborations using case studies from Austin, Texas and Portland, Oregon.
