This session highlights the results from a recently completed study focused on the feasibility of using social return on investment (SROI) methods to evaluate whole community approaches and resilience building activities at the local level. The study team focused on the city of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and evaluated their inputs, outputs, and outcomes related to resilience initiatives.
